Freedom Fellowship is not a specific denomination (i.e. Catholic, Pentecostal, etc.). Bible-believing, non-denominational or Christian are common ways to describe our church.
Is Freedom Fellowship affiliated with a mother church?
Freedom Fellowship is not a church plant started by another church. While there are many other churches named “Freedom Fellowship” we are an independent church.
Are your members from this area?
We have members from Jackson, Hartford, Slinger, West Bend, Germantown, Mequon, Cedarburg, Grafton and many other cities in Washington and Ozaukee counties. We also have members that come from Waukesha or Milwaukee counties to worship with us.
What do people wear to your church?
You will see everything from shorts to jeans to suits at Freedom Fellowship! Wear what is comfortable and be yourself.
Visitors are never expected to tithe at Freedom Fellowship. If you have decided to make Freedom Fellowship your church home, pray about your tithing and what is appropriate for you to offer.
Freedom Fellowship is committed to spreading God’s word locally and across the world. A minimum of 10% of our tithes go to missions and we do have special collections for missions we are supporting. Kallenbach Missions International serving Guatemala and Doug and Kellee Tomlinson serving in Thailand are two examples of international missions we support. We also work with “Mr. Bob” Burmeister’s Under the Bridge Ministries to provide clothes, backpacks, hygiene items and other supplies to the homeless in Milwaukee’s inner city.
The focus of our worship is glorifying God through music. Our worship team plays everything from contemporary Christian pop to classic hymns. “Awesome God,” “We Are Hungry,” “Be Thou My Vision” and “Breathe” are just a few of the songs our worship team plays. You are welcome to listen, sing or raise your hands – whatever your comfort level is.
Do you have a ministry for children?
Yes! Children are dismissed after worship for our children’s ministry. Our nursery opens at 9:45 am on Sundays.
